Inspired by one of our favorite motifs in nature, the ʻulu (breadfruit), this collection honors a plant deeply rooted in Hawaiian culture. Brought to Hawaiʻi by Polynesian voyagers in ancient times, ʻulu is a traditional canoe crop and an enduring staple across the islands. Plus, it’s super ono and amazingly beautiful!
Crafted in 100% cotton, this pareu features our hand-drawn Heirloom ʻUlu design. Inspired by Hawaiian quilt textile art, known for its bold, symmetrical forms, the design is layered, giving depth and variation in color while remaining monochromatic – the perfect addition to any bright colored, aloha print ensemble; your favorite vintage dress, hot off the press local-designer outfit, or of course, your go-to bikini.
Generously sized at 73” × 54”, and made from 100% cotton—a breathable, natural fiber that only gets softer.
