Heirloom ʻUlu Collection • Nylon Bag
Inspired by one of our favorite motifs in nature, the ʻulu (breadfruit), this collection honors a plant deeply rooted in Hawaiian culture. Brought to Hawaiʻi by Polynesian voyagers in ancient times, ʻulu is a traditional canoe crop and an enduring staple across the islands. Plus, it’s super ono and amazingly beautiful!
This will quickly become your new favorite bag! Made to last out of super strong, rip-stop nylon, this bag is 24” wide by 15” inches tall (plus handles) and can handle anything you throw inside. A bag of rice and all your groceries, a stash of farmers market goodies or everything you need for the day, all in one.
Featuring our hand-drawn Heirloom ʻUlu design. Inspired by Hawaiian quilt textile art—known for its bold, symmetrical forms—the motif is paired with palaka, a check-patterned textile that became part of everyday life in Hawaiʻi in the late 19th century.
